Delivery

To guarantee the best quality shipping service, we deliver using our own fleet and employ our own drivers. We do not use any external couriers who may not handle the transported goods with the care they deserve.

Ordered furniture is delivered by our drivers in our company vehicles. Delivery time is up to four weeks but is arranged individually based on product availability, delivery address, and current planned routes. We confirm the delivery date a few days in advance, and while we provide an approximate delivery time, we cannot guarantee an exact hour.

Deliveries are carried out by a single driver, so assistance may be needed to bring the furniture into your home or apartment.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The returned product must be undamaged, show no signs of use, and be in its original packaging. The client is responsible for the cost of the return, which is determined individually based on the client’s address.
